On August 4, 2010 — Exactly three years to the day he hit his 500th round-tripper, Alex Rodriguez eclipses Babe Ruth in becoming the youngest major leaguer to hit 600 career home runs when he blasts a two-run first-inning shot into Monument Park at Yankee Stadium. The 35 year-old Bronx Bomber third baseman is the seventh player in baseball history to reach the milestone.
