On July 24, 1915 — At League Park II In the 9th inning of the second game of a twinbill with Cleveland, the Philadelphia A’s Nap Lajoie lines into a triple play against Sam Jones to end the game. Lajoie lines out to Walter Barbare, he fires to second baseman Bill Wambsganss and throws to firstbaseman Jay Kirke to finish it off. The Nap’s win 12-4,
