Nicknamed Mr. October, he was one of the best sluggers in MLB history and one of the most colorful personalities. He went to the postseason in 11 of his 21 seasons, including 6 AL Pennants and 5 World Series titles. Reggie was a 14X All-Star, won the 1973 AL MVP Award, was named the World Series MVP twice (1973, 1977), and led the league in HR 4X. His uniform number is retired by the Oakland Athletics (#9) & the New York Yankees (#44). Jackson was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1993 (93.6% on the 1st ballot).

In his 21-year career (1967-1987), Reggie had 2,584 hits, 563 HR (6th most at the time of his retirement), 228 SB, 1,702 RBI, .262 BA, .356 OBP, .490 Slg., & .846 OPS.
