Full Name: Ricky Allen Seilheimer
Ricky Seilheimer was a member of the Chicago White Sox in 1980. He was just 19 and had been drafted the previous year by the team when he made his debut. He started at catcher in 18 games in July and early August. He batted 8th in every game except one, when he batted 7th. He hit one home run on July 26th against Fergie Jenkins of the Texas Rangers. His homer and a walk-off homer by Harold Baines helped the White Sox win the game, 4-3. Seilheimer committed 4 errors in his 21 games.
