Biography

Ron Fairly – 21 years in the bigs(1958-1978) with the Dodgers, Expos, Cardinals, A’s, Blue Jays, and Angels. Considered by many to be the finest defensive first baseman of his era. He then became a broadcaster and worked at that until 2006. If you combine his two careers, Fairly was involved in over 7000 major league games over a 48 year span.
