On November 1, 2010 — Roy Halladay wins the National League Cy Young Award in his first season with the Philadelphia Phillies after leading the NL in wins, complete games, shutouts and innings pitched, throwing a perfect game, and, for good measure, adding a no-hitter in the postseason. He is the fifth pitcher to win the award in both leagues, having been honored in the American League in 2003.
