On September 11, 1999 — Twins’ southpaw Eric Milton throws a no-hitter against the visiting Angels, 7-0, the fourth since the team moved to Minnesota from Washington, D.C. in 1961. The 24 year-old retires the side in order in seven of the nine innings en route to his 13-strikeout gem at the Metrodome.
