His best season was in 1962 when he had 27 HR, 120 runs, and a league-leading 230 hits, 153 RBI, & .346 BA, finishing 3rd in the NL MVP voting. Davis won another batting title in 1963 (.326 BA), was an All-Star in 2 seasons, and was a member of 2 World Series champions (1963, 1965 Los Angeles Dodgers).
In his 18-year career (1959-1976), Tommy had 2,121 hits, 153 HR, 1,052 RBI, .294 BA, .329 OBP, .405 Slg., & .733 OPS.
