On April 28, 2016 — 2016 – Marlins 2B Dee Gordon, the defending National League batting champion, is suspended for 80 games for testing positive for PEDs. He is the third major leaguer to be handed such a suspension since the start of the season, following Chris Colabello and Daniel Stumpf.
