On August 26, 2002 — Derek Jeter becomes only the third player to score at least 100 runs in his first seven major league seasons. The Yankees’ shortstop joins Hall of Fame outfielders Ted Williams (Red Sox, 1939-49) and Earle Combs (Yankees, 1925-32) as the only big leaguers to accomplish the feat.
