Dodgers win in extra innings 8-7 over the Reds

On June 30, 1973 At Riverfront Stadium the first-place Los Angeles Dodgers spot the Reds a 5 – 1 lead, the Dodgers score 6 in the 8th capped by a Davey Lopes 2 run single to give them a 7-5 lead. Joe Morgan will hit a two-run homerun to tie the game 7-7.

The Dodgers will pull it out 8 – 7, in 13 innings on a Lee Lacy single. The Reds (39-37) are in 4th place.
