August 14, 1980 At Metropolitan Stadium Mike Norris goes 11 in a 2-1 CG win over the Minnesota Twins.

Norris allowed the tying run to score in the bottom of the 9th. Dave revering will hit his 13th homerun of the season of Doug Corbett to give Norris the win.

Norris made 33 starts in 1980 and averaged 8.2 innings per start.
