Texas beats the Toronto Blue Jays, 4 – 1, as Ryan finishes with his 10th-lifetime one-hitter. Ryan strikes out 12 and walks three.

Ruben Sierra hits a two-out, two-run home run in the first off Todd Stottlemyre, which will be all the offense Ryan will need.
