On August 25, 2007 — Padres rookie Craig Stansberry makes his big league debut with a seventh-inning pinch-hit single in San Diego’s 4-3 victory over the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. The 25 year-old, who moved to the United States when he was an infant, is the first person born in Saudi Arabia to participate in a major league game.
