On April 3, 1930 – The Cuban national team loses its first game ever, after starting its history 8-0. They drop a 2-1 contest to Mexico in the 1930 Central American Games (but will still beat Mexico for the Gold). Fernando Barradas fans 10 to outduel Manuel Domínguez, while Manuel Chávez and José Alvarez each have two hits and a run for Mexico.
