First Rainout in Astrodome History

On June 15, 1976,A game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Houston Astros is rained out at the Houston Astrodome. Only members of both teams are able to make it to the stadium. The game is postponed when heavy rains and flooding prevent umpires, fans and stadium personnel from arriving at the dome.
