White Sox sign former University of Southern California quarterback Mitch Mustain 

On February 10 2012 — The White Sox sign former University of Southern California quarterback Mitch Mustain to a contract. Mustain saw his football career stall after college and is ready to get back on the diamond after an 8-year hiatus after impressing scouts with a fastball timed at 90 mph.
