Saberhagen stops tigers streak at 9, collects first career win

The Tigers fall to the Kansas City Royals and Bret Saberhagen, who earns his first major league victory. Saberhagen goes 6 and Dan Quisenberry goes the final 3 innings for his 5th save on the season. Frank White hit a 2 run homerun in the 8th to give Kansas City a 5-2 lead and that was the final score.
